I went to the docs yesterday and weigh 154 from 321 it was an awesome feeling she said im at a perfect weight and a perfect BMI I was so proud  and then she looked at my labs and said that I had the most perfect blood work she ever seen and Bone density was perfect too  This past year wasnt easy but well worth the ride I enjoyed all of it the compliments and everything that came ith it but the thing I enjoy most is being healthy where I can enjoy my grandchildren . If I had to do this all over agian I would and if anyone ask is there anything I regret YES THAT I DIDNT DO IT SOONER. I recommend this to anyone that wants it and can follow the rules if u cant follow the rules dont even bother  TO ALL Y OH FRIENDS TY FOR STANDING BEHIND ME AND GIVING ME THE SUPPORT I NEED LUVS YA ALL YOU ARE AWESOME GROUP OF PEOPLE

From the start of my weight loss journey I was 321lbs and size 26/28 when I first went to the surgeons office.  They told me I had to go on a low fat diet and lose 10% of my weight before surgery I lost 35lbs before surgery leaving my surgery weight at 286 that was in a month and a half.  Had my surgery on August 18th 2009 and have lost after surgery 90lbs so a total 125lbs so far going from 321 to 196 and from size 26/28 to a size 12.  I feel awesome and so glad I did this its the best thing I did for myself and for my family they see how much happier and healthier I am and it makes a difference with them too.  I had alot of medical problems before surgery and all is better now. I have my life back energy I thought I never have again.

 I have been overweight all my life.  I have 4 boys by three different fathers the men in my life came and gone they never stuck around to help me raise any of my kids I did it on my own. Then I met the love my life Ray he had 3 girls he had custody of we knew each other for 5 years then got married then on our 5th wedding anniversary I had my surgery august 18th the second best day I had in my life since i met him. Since my surgery and before my surgery i lost more then 70lbs and feel great. I was on oxygen when I was up doiong things now I can do things without my oxygen you dont know how good that feels.
