Sorry, I have not been on lately. We have been having some awesome weather here in West Central Ohio and I have been out enjoying it since June was basically a month of monsoon rains. 

Well, I'm down 30 from pre-op diet and an additional 24 post op. I will be 3 weeks out tomorrow. Yesterday, I was feeling very BLUE.
