scale started to move

 Ok, so the scale started to move. I weighed myself today and it read 163. I am 23 lbs away from reaching my target weight. I hope that I can reach this by november. I know that at this point, my body has slowed down losing weight and I will take any weight loss it offers but deep inside i really do with that by november i am weighing 140...

Yippie, the scale started to move.... I've become such a gym rat, exervising 5 days a week, even walking 5 miles a day...
