Carol, I used yam cream and it really worked. Just rub it into your skin and the flashes....went away. Good Luck!

~carol~ i want to tell u , i use vivelle patches... for hot flashes... u can also take a shot once a month too... the patches r 2 x a week... i like them... just a thought... lovedove
