Hey AMOS family, Cindy has 9 more days till her new healthy life starts. She has many plans of being able to do things with her precious grandson once she is able to move easier. I will be updating as she moves through this time of transition to her new life. Wish her a safe surgery and speedy recovery. Chris the WI Angel <p>Repost - First One Disappeared!

Well, only 9 more days until I am a loser...I had my pre-op testing today, bloodwork, ultrasound, Upper GI, chest x-ray, EKG, spirmetor test, heart rate and the sonagram to check my legs for blood clots. I think that I did good, and passed everything okay, I have a pre-op appt with my surgeon on Friday and I will get the result then. The whole pre-op testing took about 3 1/2 hours, and I had a hard time with keeping my fasting blood sugars under control. They ended up dropping to low and I passed out waiting for my ultrasound and upper GI. They had me drink some grape juice and it brought me back to a normal blood sugar range, and I was able to finish the testing.
