well it's been 5 months out of surgery and i am doing great went from a 34 pants to a 20 and went from a 5x to a 1x  woo hoo

Well I am doing very well I am now at 284 my goodness i have lost 51 lbs. I am still struggling with protein i get most in. Dr Rossi has been wonderful I go back to him Jan16. and I am hoping to be at 270 my I haven't seen those #'s in years. I feel happier and healthier and have alot of energy now. I am hoping to go back to work first of the year I haven't worked in well 3 years I think. Been on disability for 2 and the dr thinks i may be able to go back first of the year. I am happy I feel like I am human now. and I get a few looks when i go out now yep i can't believe that either. after being divorced for 2 years feels pretty good to have a man look at ya.. well that's my update and i hope all is doing well to God bless you all and thanks for being here for me

Oh my goodness where has time went.. Well I got on the scales this morning and gained a pound how in the world do you do that on a liquid diet must be fluid.. Well so here goes' I will be in surgery at 7:30 am. Wow my (what if) question is gone I posted a question and so many ppl responded and now I have that extra push... You guys have been so wonderful and I look forward to being able to email and say things is great and I am losing weight.. I will repost asap. Until then my friends Take care and God bless..

my goodness this has been the longest 3 weeks of my life. I started my liquid diet a week early don't advise that at all. I done really good until last week and at a small pc of cheese lol. man what does food taste like I am trying to remember.. My 11 year old son asked mom are you ever going to be able to eat again. well I think so lol..... It's been quit a journey but God has truly blessed me I have went down 1 pant size and lost about 15 lbs so that helps to boost that extra mile.... I have tomorrow and tues I will have to meet my cousin at her house at 4:15am to be at charleston by 6am. I am suppose to be in surgery at 7:30am much prayers I need
