Knee surgery and update on me.

Had knee surgery a week ago and doing pretty good. Haven't been on here in about a month or so but still around and you can always catch me on facebook just follow the link under my picture.
I was down to 205 lbs 2 weeks ago but since surgery I'm back up a few pounds so praying it is just fluid retention!
I'm doing alot better with my eating but still have to watch what I eat when it comes to meat.
