A nice note came from a fellow friend from gastric bypass class and as she wrote, As we both know, surgery of any kind bears its risks, but oh, the rewards. I congratulate you on continuing to live in the "skinny branches" of the Tree of Life, where it's dangerous, risky in the winds of Fortune, but oh, the view! My love and prayers follow you. And so Cindy as you go through the journey respect it and change your mind to change your life. Remember no food tastes as good as the reward you can have from the weight loss and so much health restoration. My blood pressure for many years was 180/110 on a good day and not stays around 110/70 with just my water pill. Good luck and God bless Janice S Wilson 353/150 Open RNY 01/11/2002

Good morning Cindy. I just wanted to say thank you for posting on my site. I am also having my surgery at Mercy, so i will possibly be able to visit you when i'm up and about. Maybe we can walk the halls together :) I will continue to keep you in my thoughts and prayers and hope that we have a speedy recovery so that we can be on our way to happier and healthier ways of living!!!

You are about to embark on the most amazing transformation of you mind, body and soul. Your big day is almost here, this is the day, your new life will begin, I cant promise it will be easy, cant say it will be hard, I can say that with all the complications and everything I had to go through, It was well worth it. I have never felt better in yearsss, I’m off all medications, have sooooo much more energy. So if you hit a bump in the road, hang in there and remember it will alll be worth it in the long run. Sending Prayers your way that the Lord will guide your surgeon’s hands. May the guardian angels wrap their loving arms of protection around you during your surgery and recovery . Remember your not alone in this journey, many of us have been down this road, we are here to offer love and support. Looking forward to hearing from you on the loosing side. Just stopped by to wish you the best with your WLS, I see that you don't have a surgery date yet.So let us all know when you get one.May God bless you in all things that your pure heart may desire. Take care and be blessed. No more games no more covering up me. I just want the world to see my true identity. Loving, caring, forgiving, understanding me. That is what God has placed inside of me. Hateful, heartless, unforgiving me That is what mankind has turned me out to be. So find that quiet place and spend sometime with me. I know you will be amazed at my true identity.
