my scale had finally moved, I am now down 22 pounds....yeah!! It is about time! 
i went to a family party this weekend and there were 2 women there who are waiting to see how i do with the band before they decided to get it or not...so i guess i am their Guinea Pig! both are heavier thqan i am and could get approved easily...so i am not sure why they would wait....i am sorry i waited so long! 
and McCutie at work is full of compliments lately...all the encouragement i need!!

well i went for my first fill this morning...it was kind of strange cause when he pushed the needle in it hit the back of the port and made this funny noise...it reminded me that i have a alien object in my body....anyway I now have 3.5 cc in a 10 cc band. he only added 1 cc. But i am now officially down 20 pounds... my scale is different than theirs....but i know i have lost more cause i can feel the muscles in my legs, and my side boobs are disappearing!! 

I went to the dr for the first time today and did not get a fill .   i told her that i am not feeling full, but at times had this feeling in my chest/throat that felt like i had swallowed air and needed to burp really bad. she said that it was not trapped air but that i had ate too much and that the food was backing up into my esphosphagus (sp?).....oh!!! so i guess i did eat a bit to much. she said to eat alot slower so i can feel a full sensation before i eat that much. i thought i was eatting slower, but i guess not. i'm not sure if i am suppose to still be in mushies or not, but being a vegetarian alot of the food i do eat is mushie. 
i have only lost 2 pounds since the surgery (18 total), kind of bummed about that but she said i could start at the gym, no weights or abdomen work just light aerobic type stuff....but i have been power walking for a while so i guess i will step it up some more. 

i am having my surgery on monday the 10th and i am really nervous about it!
