Hi! I had my VSG on the 28th of Aug. I had a great recovery so far. No problems. Today has been  totally bad. 9 days out I have really been down , is this normal. I want to eat I want to feel sorry for myself because i can not eat . I guess that whats going on anyway. Any one of you had this. I know that some people experince emotional downs after surgery. Is this correct. I want to know what to expect so I can handle things down the road.
 I think I am going to love my sleeve. I am looking forward to the weeks to come. Also I could use some tips on how to eat these weeks that we have to be on the liquid program. Anyone out there with advice I would just about hug you'r computer.

I AM NEW AND DON'T KNOW ANYTHING --- WHAT TO EXPECT---WHAT TO DO--- I AM HAVING THE GASTRIC SLEEVE ON THE 28th OF AUGUST ANYONE KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THIS SURGERY IT IS KINDA THE NEW KID ON THE BLOCK FROM WHAT I HEAR.
