One Year Anniversary

Today is my one year anniversary! And I also saw my surgeon today - sheer coincidence that my appt. fell on the same day. My total weight loss so far is 129.5 pounds. That darn half pound - I would have liked to hit the 130 lb. mark. That puts my current weight at 134.5 pounds, so only 4.5 lbs. to my goal. Once the weather warms up and I start walking again I think those last few pounds will come off.I am very happy that I lost almost 130 lbs. in a year. I didn't think I would be so successful. But it's not easy and I watch everything I put in my mouth. I wonder if I will ever be able to not "diet".
