Where has the time gone???

Today is my 1 year anniversary. I can't believe it. I had my 1 year follow up yesterday and my surgeon is pleased with my progress so far. I weighed 383 lbs. Thats a total loss of 206 lbs in a year, my bmi went from 101.1 to 65, my waist went from 77 inches down to 59 inches and most importantly I am living life and not merely existing. Dr. Melvin told me that I don't have to come back for another year. That was kinda scary to me but I know I can do it. I have an appointment with a plastic surgeon because the skin on my legs are getting in my way of walking. I'm sure I'll have to lose more weight before I have any work done but at least things will be in my file. I just wanted to to pop in and give a quick update this morning. I'm gonna see if  I can upload the before picture that I got from the surgeon's office. Anywho keep losing and I'll see you guys on the losers bench
