Loving my tool!!!!

So my cousin's birthday was January 18th and we decided to take a girls trip to Tunica MS to the casino. My sister had a three day free room at Sam's Town Casino and Resort so that was free. All we had to do was pay for gas and any money we gamble with. I drove since I have the biggest vehicle. I picked up all the passengers and we set off. We made it from Nashville to Tunica in about 4 hours. After driving I helped unload the truck and then walked quite a distance to our room. Everyone kept asking me if I was okay or if I needed to rest but I was okay. Never got out of breath or needed to take a break. Once we were in our room we went to dinner and not once was I tempted with all the goodies on the buffet. For dinner I had baked chicken a small salad and unsweet tea with lemon. The entire weekend was not about eating for me. It was about about enjoying the time with my friends and family and having new experiences. This tool has allowed me to LIVE life and not merely exist. I walked all over that resort and when I got home I had lost 3lbs!!! This weekend was a surprise party for another one of my cousins. When I walked in it was like the party was for me!!! So many of my family members haven't seen me since surgery and they were all so excited and supportive of my weightloss. Well I danced the night away. I had so much fun and when I weighed yesterday and I had lost another 2 lbs. I tell you what I am LOVING this tool and all the changes it has brought.
