i started my journey at 246.5 pounds, I got down to 226 two weeks before surgery. Started my liquid diet and went into surgery at 216.8. I just weighed in for my 1 month post op and am at 202.2! I realize that is a 13 pound loss since surgery but I was

First off i would like to say I feel amazing! I walked immediately after surgery and kept it up. I have taken my pain meds once since I got home yesterday. My surgery lasted 4.5 hours long which was 2 hours longer than antisapated! I had a lot of scar

Congratulations on your upcoming RNY surgery. I had RNY in 2001 and it has been one of the best decisions of my life. I wish you all the best on your WLS journey!

My DMD gave me a list of places and companies of vitmains that they recommend. I am good on my calcium citrait and Iron supplement but i am wanting suggestions on a good multi that i can take BOTH pre-op and post-op. They said it was ok for me to take
