11 months post-op...

Well here I am 11 months post-op and down 146 lbs! All I have to say is wow. I still have about 19-ish pounds to go until I have a normal BMI. Again WOW. I am so happy with this surgery. Eating is much better now. The foamies and food getting stuck is almost gone. Thankfully. I have healed from the gall bladder surgery. I will post all my measurements and one year pics next month. I am excited to fly on a plane next month too. I can't wait to see and feel the difference. As for flabby skin, yeah I have some, but it is what it is. I am much happier with flabbier skin then skin full of fat. I still need to amp up my exercise. I am sure the 19 lbs would come off faster if I did.I am continuing to go to the support meeting with Annette and Dr. E. Their resources are vital to continuing to be successful. I know this next year will be tough maintaining. I know my fight is not done yet. I need to continue this fight for a very long time. I am now looking forward to helping all the newbies through this process.
