I feel certain that many people can relate to my story...I have always had an issue with my weight.  From the time that I was in middle school I can remember hating gym because I didn't want to change clothes in front of all the smaller girls.  I hated being bigger.   As I got older I only got close to the bigger girls because they were safer and I knew that they would not judge me.

As I got older, graduated and eventually got married I was still "fluffy".  I know that my husband loved me no matter what my size, but when I was diagnosed with RA and was put on steroids I really packed on the weight.  This has continued to be a problem for me and now that I have given birth to my third child I am ready to make a permanent change.

My hubby supports me with all his heart and only wants me to be happy.  I am happy, but I am ready to be healthy.  Wish me luck on my journey...M
