Almost a year...

I managed to get through the school year... and managed to lose 127 lbs so far... I want to give my sincere thanks to my doctor, Guillermo Alvarez for helping me to change my life... Highest weight - 338 lbs... Right now - 211... Biggest size - 32 pants/shirts... Size right now - 14/16 top and 18 bottoms (that already fit me baggy and saggy)... I've had several co-workers compliment me on my weight loss, family members as well... my eating habits right now SUCK... i've strayed... still eating small amounts, but eating junk food again... never really exercised (i know, i know, i should be) ...a good friend of mine has decided to help me out as soon as school is out with the exercise part, she's really great at the exercise and had weight loss surgery herself... My life has changed significantly for the better... and I don't regret one single scar, stitch, or "foamies" experience... We live and we learn =)
