My calories maintain between 800 - 900. I do not eat any simple carbs. The complex carbs I allow myself depends on my exercise.I go to the gym five days a week for an hour each time. Normally I am doing the elliptical for 35 minutes and recumbent bike for 25 minutes. I do weight training at home three days a week and ride my bike on the other two days. My rest days are the weekend.
I never had one hundred pounds to lose so I will never be in "that club". However, in less than 6 months I have lost 83% of my excess body weight! I am 11 pounds from my goal although I may try to take off ten more pounds as "cushion" for my upcoming maintenance period.
I am in size 32 jeans (down from 42 jeans, 44 suit). I wear small/medium shirts!
