grateful for a new life - too thin???

I have come from the doctor and heard the words I never thought I'd hear - you are too thin!?!?  I have lost 110lbs and feel better than I have ever felt in my life - reaching out to felllow OH'ers on this topic. Went from size 18-20 to a size 6 - have no chest and hanging thighs - considering augmentation...what do others think who have had it??? Afraid to gain, am 12 months out - feedback?
