Three more Mondys OMG!!

I have three more Mondays until my surgery and I have so many different emotions running through me right now. I want to cry because I know that soon I will have my life on track with this tool. There is no way I will ever let this happen again!! I try to understand how I let this happen over time but it just did and now I must just try to let it all go and move on. No more emotional eating whenever I get sad, angry, or bored. I want to eat to live not live to eat!!! It took Awhile to realize just how many calories that I was taking in  in just a day. That was without burning it off. Then the next day just repeating the same thing. Wow I have come a long way !!!
