Let me preface with the fact that I never made it to goal. I got to within 20 pounds of my goal weight and my body refused to lose any more. I was okay with that. I was over 100 pounds lighter and looked and felt great. I maintained that loss for 2

Best back on track diet/program 5 years out - I had surgery 5 years ago and I have gained back about 35 pounds. My fault, I know, but what do you recommend for getting back on track.
