"Everyone at the initial seminar was very nice and helpful. My first impression of Dr. Cacucci was that she seemed like she knew what she was doing and what she was talking about. She seemed pleasant and had a good sense of humor. During our one on one, she looked me directly in the eye and asked me lots of questions. I was taken aback by how direct she was. I liked that. I felt she was looking for something in me. I guess she must have found whatever she was looking for because she agreed to take me as a patient right then. She was very informative and even stressed all the risks. I have not had much contact with her yet. I will write more as I have it. I know the girls in her office, Amy and Heather, were VERY sweet and helpful...So far, I rate them a strong 9 out of 10.rnrnNow I am post op and had to call in the middle of the night once. Dr Jones (on call for Dr Cacucci) was SO sweet and I felt so bad waking her. She knew just what to do. I thank her. Dr Cacucci has a great personality and smile and she is easy to talk to. I look forward to getting to know her as I move forward with this new chapter of my life!"
