I have been fat most of my life, I, like so many others have been on every diet that you can possibly think of, with only one of them working which was a fasting diet. The weight loss only lasted for a few years then I regained it all, along with an additional 50 lbs. I am only 35 years old and have about every comorbid symptom in the book. My surgen referred me to Dr. Bour which I am so very thankful. I hope that this journey will lead me to a long healthy happy life.
