COSETTE, HI THERE LADY. I HAVE BEEN THINKING A LOT ABOUT YOU LATELY AND I DECIDED TO READ TO SEE IF YOU HAD UPDATED YOUR PROFILE. WELL YOU DID BUT I AM SO SORRY YOU ARE IN SUCH A FUNK. IT ALSO SOUNDS LIKE YOU ARE REMEMBERING THAT YOUR THE BOMB AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO ANSWER TO ANYONE THAT YOU DON'T WANT TO. YOU ONLY NEED TO PLEASE YOURSELF. NO MAN IS WORTH OVERDRINKING OR OVER EATTING BELIEVE ME. I KNOW ABOUT THE DEPRESSION AS I AM STILL GOING THROUGH THAT ALSO. I HAVEN'T BEEN BACK TO SEE DR.Q. IN ALMOST 2 YEARS AND I AM SO AFRAID HE WILL YELL AT ME FOR NOT GETTING ALL MY WEIGHT OFF. I AM STILL 30 LBS AWAY FROM HIS GOAL AND 4O TO 45 AWAY FROM MINE. I AM STILL TRYING TO GET THERE WITH OUT GOING NUTS. I DON'T OVER EAT, IF ANYTHING I AM NOT EATING ENOUGH SO I GUESS IT WORKS BOTH WAYS. EAT TO MUCH AND YOU GAIN WEIGHT AND DON'T EAT ENOUGH AND YOU CAN GAIN AND NOT LOSE THE WEIGHT. I AM SO GLAD THAT YOU DID UPDATE YOUR PROFILE, AT LEAST I KNOW YOU ARE OUT AND ABOUT STILL.
