Hi form Tennessee I'm new here

Just like many of you, I'm on a journey to improve my health. My parents were huge Dolly Parton fans And name me after her song Jolene, and I've always loved her music and positive spirit. At 350 pounds, I know I need to make changes to be there for my two amazing kids, Alexander (7) and Samantha (12). That's why I've decided to have weight loss surgery.

I'm excited to be a part of Obesity Help and connect with others who are facing similar challenges. I believe in the power of community and hope to find support and encouragement here.
