update anyone?

so i am 208 as of today total of 102 lbs lost :) my update picture is going to be on my 6th month surgerversary (December 4th)  so in two days :)

According to my surgeon i have lost exactly 60 lbs since surgery. and he is Semi happy with it (he really wanted me UNDER 200 by now but damn it i can only do so much) 

i am getting 75 grams of protein in and 80 oz of water 

i wish my weight loss was a little faster but slow and steady wins the race right? :) 

keeping my head high and doing my best.. i guess thats all anyone can ask for :)
