Many moves, losses and not just weight, toxic friends, family members, loss of two of my " children" Isaiah, my male dachsie and just three most ago my Kosmo my Cockatoo. Tough stuff. Broke my humerus not funny.... However We got a travel camper and new truck hit the road some last summer have some big trips planned this year already and then my hubby retires and we are free as a bird . Speaking of birds I have 2 new baby birds Gabby and Smoky so sweet.. I shared this to say that no matter what's going on in life I'm so grateful I have this tool...if not I would have literally eaten myself till I was sick because I was so sad... I still deal with my binge eating disorder but my pouch works even this far out and I get violently I'll if I eat too much. please follow your body's ques esp early on chew chew chew no straws no sodas you will thank yourself later and drink eat your protein cheese sticks are awesome
