One Month Post-Op

I cant let the day go by without recognizing that is my one month post op anniversary. I think at this time one month ago I was drugged up in my patient's room. It has been a challenging month, with some really bad days and some really good days. Everyday is a new challenge and a new opportunity to learn about this life changing journey I am on. I have just started this new path and I have a long way to go but it is WORTH IT!

Starting Weight: 304lbs

Surgery Weight: 292lbs

One Month Post Op: 266lbs and dropping
