Hello! My name is Marc. I am 38 year old guy that didn't just wake up one day with a eating problem. I have wonderful wife that I have been married to for the last 3 been years and two great girls. I didn't always have a problem with my weight, at one time in my life I would never get over 155lbs but over the last 13 years it has been a struggle. I have tried Weight Watchers, Atkins, Fen Fen, low-fat, low-carb, low-cal, etc. They all worked for a short time but what I didn't know then was that I was starting a snow ball reaction with my body that I wasn't going to be able to stop without help. I have Reflux, Hypertension, Sleep apnea and sever joint pain. I need some help
