I am currently waiting for my appt. with my surgeon to see if I am a candate for the lap band. I meet the requirements set forth by my insurance, so I hope to get a date for surgery set soon. I am SO looking forward to being able to run with my little girl and not feel like I will die from running.
I have many health issues that I pray will resolve in time after the surgery (if I get approved). I have PCOS, diabetes, fertility issues (ARCM helped with my daughter!) My knees and back are starting cause pain on a daily bases and I am going to have to something done before it gets worse.
I want to make new friends who have the same issues and who are waiting or who have had the surgery done. I am getting more excited about my appt. every day.(Dec. 29, 2008..8 AM)!
