Almost there... - 3 weeks from today, on September 9th at 815 am I will be having my surgery.  Both scared and excited.

First goal almost complete. - I have my weigh in on Thursday and as of this morning on my home scale I have lost 10 pounds of the 17 I need to lose to lock in my Op date.  I am so very proud of myself.
