Discouraged

I haven't blogged for awhile been in a slump.  Getting really discouraged because i can"t take the required weight  off the Dr. is requiring.  I'm going to see a different Dr. to see if he is a little more relaxed in the weight loss.  Been on the bari nutritionist diet.  Been on my diabetic nutritionist diet.  Can only lose about 5 lbs.  I do have a problem with my thyroid so i think that may be part of it so I'm hoping the other Dr. can help me.  Do cardio exercise 3 days a week.  I am starting to get tingling in my legs which is from the diabetis.  I need the surgery to get in better health but it feels like it will never come.  I feel good because I'm eating better and exercising but still feel a little hopeless.
