I get discouraged at the end of the day when I complete my diary and I get this note. Anyone else?

I decided to go all in next week and try to AMAW. I would love prep tips, poop tips and accountability partners! I really want to drop a bit more weight before the conference because yes I am that vain lol.

I had my RNY back in December of last year. For the first three months weight loss was great but I struggled with very painful constipation. I had to change my diet to include veggies instead of the recommended all meat diet. That

i have had the hardest time sleeping since surgery last Friday. I have so much energy I am bouncing off the walls. Is this normal?
