Last Evaluation 9-24-2009

Tomorrow I have my last evaluation which will be my nutrition evaluation.  I'm really excited after that I go see my PCP and get my lab work result and my 5 year weight history letter and I'll be done.  I'm a tad bit concerned though because Dr. Husted is my doctor and all the talk about the problems he's having with his hospital but I'm trying to be positive.  I live i GA and I dont want to go too far away from home.  I also have a back up though I have an appt with Dr. Houston just in case things dont work out with Dr. Husted.  My appointment with my PCP is on Tuesday the 29th so I hope to have everything to Ellen by that Wedsnesday and hopefully she can get it sent out that first week in October.  I really want to have it done before the end of the year so I dont have to start over with my deductible and out of pocket max.  So hopefully I'll know something by the end of October.  Then with all the appointments with Dr. Husted being cancelled he might have a long wait list.  Either way I am being optimistic because this something I truly believe in and I know it will come if its meant to be.
