Doctors office just called me to say that I was approved for the lapband over my gastric bypass I go for my pre-admission testing on 5/7/18 and surgery is scheduled for 5/31/18.

I received a letter from Cigna regarding the revision they said I need not to respond they sent this to my Surgeon for more information to see if it was medically necessary. I wonder what do they need from the surgeon?
