Why?

Today I feel at my Fattest, yup, I was asked at my job to take a pic to put in the bullentin board of the school, to show the health clinic portion of the school and even thou I told the person not to take my pic she insisted till she took the pic
I was so ashamed of what I saw in the pic, I took sum pic on my cell only to see if what I saw in her camera was true and yes it is my face is fatter, i look horrible, Why am I still here stook on 290lbs, how I wish that my surgery would have happen last year like it was suppose to?, why Lord?, I so dont want to be Fat anymore, I am so unhappy!!!
