So I stat soft food tomorrow and I am hoping that 4oz of food would be enough for me, because on liquids I could drink 8oz at a time and eat a yogurt on top of that, what going on.
I can’t get a fill till 3months after my surgery I’m starting to get scared.
Am I destined to stay FAT for the rest of my life? Someone please help me
