The wait will be worth it in order to lose it.

Nov 10, 2015

When I went for my initial consult, I was told that my insurance needs a six month supervised diet with my ppo. But I was also told, that in reality, all they needed were these six sheets filled out by my PPO instead. I went ahead and told my personal doctor what the surgeon's office wanted and he said that we'd do them every two to three weeks. Fast forward to today, I called the surgeon's office just to make sure because I didn't want anything disqualifying me when it came time to submit the paperwork to the insurance company. Today, they said it must absolutely be six months. Well, heck, it's already been four months, I can't be disappointed that I have to wait two more. It just means I have two more months to try and drop some more weight before hand. I think it's going to be hard with the holidays, but I will manage. Just imagine, my new year's resolution of losing weight in 2016 will really pay off then huh? Last weigh-in will be in January. Until then, I'm going to start cramming ideas into my head instead of food. LOL.
