"MY FIRST IMPRESSION OF DR ARNOLD WAS THAT HE IS REALLY YOUNG, AND NICE LOOKING MIGHT I ADD. HE REALLY TOOK TIME TO ANSWER THE 3 SHEETS WORTH OF QUESTIONS I HAD, AND DIDN'T SEEM AGGITATED AT ALL. THE CTRS STAFF LEAVES SOMETHING TO BE DESIRED, ALTHOUGH THEY ARE REALLY GOOD AT THEIR JOBS, NOT REALLY THE FRIENDLIEST PPL U WOULD WANT TO KNOW, BUT NEEDLESS TO SAY, THEY DID THEIR JOBS. I GUESS BECAUSE THE CTR IS SO HUGE, IT TOOK SOME TIME TO ACTUALLY GET SPECIFIC ANSWERS ON QUESTIONS I HAD ABOUT INSURANCE, AND TRYING TO SCHEDULE A DATE. FOR PPL THAT ARE IMPATIENT SUCH AS MYSELF, IT'S HARD TO DEAL WITH THEM. BECAUSE TRUST ME, THEY DON'T DO ANYTHING UNTIL THEY GET READY. NO AMT OF CALLING OR LEAVING MESSAGES IS GOING TO MAKE THEM MOVE ANY FASTER. FOR THE NORMAL PERSON, I WOULD THINK THE EXPERIENCE WOULD NOT BE BAD AT ALL. BUT FOR ME, IT WAS NERVE WRECKING SIMPLY BECAUSE I HAVE NO PATIENCE. NEVER THE LESS, I REALLY LIKE THE STAFF AND THE DOCTOR, THEY REALLY KNOW THEIR STUFF!"
