Today is the first anniversary of my surgery and I am doing good and looking great. I have lost over 100 pounds and 14 inches off my waist. I have a surgical hernia that I will have repaired but other than that, I am doing well. I would do it all over again! The benefits are fantastic! No more acid reflux, sleep apnea, cholesterol lowering drugs and blood pressure meds from 40mg to 5mg. I recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy better physical and mental health!
