The Journey Begins!

Hello OH I signed up last week and was just browsing the site to see what this is all about.  I am happy to say this site is the bomb!  I didn't want to use the more popular websites like FB or TWTR because people love to judge and tell you how to loose weight .  You know "everybody" is a expert on weight loss.  So here I am.  I'm looking for a newbie group and suggestions on how to get the process started.  Thanks!!
