Well here I am having an easy time eating now.Less and less days where my pouch is uncomfortable.I continue to exercise.I am in a size 18.Have a lot of stomach skin which I hope will go down a bit more.This process does get a bit obsessive.Easy to see how people can become that way.Last night while riding my bike I went up a larger hill without stopping that I was unable to get up in the spring it was a great triumph!Still haven't tried the roller coaster yet.I am happy I took this journey just hope I start to feel better about my self image soon and let all this sink in that I am smaller and look fine.Its all in my head now!My camera died so I haven't added any new picks in a while either which is disappointing!

Well in about one week it will have been 6 months since I went under the knife.I have become more accustomed to the feelings of my new belly.I do not dump and I am a lil upset about that I have to work harder to maintain in the long run but I have become a stronger person than I was b4.I am glad I finally took this route.Hope all the labs are okay.

I am now four months post op.Trying to stick to diet.Continue to have a hard times at times.I exercise 4-5 days a week.Becoming impatient with loss I think.I have lost 130 pounds so far but I am unsatisfied.Crazy I guess.

I still have a hard time eating at times.I am not sure if I dont chew well enough but I am mindful to do so so I feel this isnt the problem.I dont feel I look any different either.I have lost 106 pounds but I have a ways to go yet so I will try to be patient.

I have been home for two days.Just a bit sore otherwise just trying to make sure I can get my protein in.cant sleep in mybed just yet and have a headache from sleeping in the recliner but I am sure it will all be worth the small struggles.I had my follow up last night.Drove through the storm to get home took 3 and a half hours but we made it safely.

The liquid diet hasn't killled me yet.Actually everyday gets easier.Im not sure if the milk is causing issues or just the liquids themselves but when its time to go to the bathroom it is time to go.I cannot wait to see hte results after the liquid fast.I am sure it will be grand...

This is a hard task.Liquids are not very satisfying so I feel as though I am always drinking something,then in the bathroom every 30 minutes..lol...Im sure it will get easier every day.The after effect far out weigh the toughness........

I have a few more weeks until my big day!Thursday next week is pre op appt....Getting excited yet very nervous...Im so proud of my friend Kathy she is at home recovering...doing great Im sure of it!!!!I have a great family supporting me...Just cannot wait actually!!!!
