Starting my new Life

Hello all,  I have just turned 50 yrs old.  I had started the Bariatric process over 5 years ago, but at the time, the company I work for did not have Bariatric on my plan.  They now offer it and I had my 1st appt with my surgeon on January 23rd My weight was at 328lbs.  I was given a list of what I will need to do before I can be schedual for surgery.  I only have left doing the  Nurtrition and Pre-op class which is scheduled for this wednesday, Feb. 21st.  Then on the 26th I will be getting the EGD done and then hopefully will be seeing my surgeon to get the surgery scheduled.  
I am fortunate that my insurance does not require the 6 month weigh-in.  I have been working hard to get everything completed on the list that is required by my insurance company and It will all be completed on the 26th of February

I was told by my dr not to gain and try to loose as much as I can.  So far as of today (02/19/18) I am at 322.  At least I have not gained.
