Round ofapplause to me...I started thisweight lost thing Oct 6th 2012 weighing in at 410pds.. today April 1st 2012 I'm down to 299 pds. God is so amazing I lost my daddy one before my surgery I almost didn't have it done but,I thank God for the choice I made I still have a ways to go yet I'm soo very thankful...
