Hi all dec23,06 wt is 237 yahoo .have a bad cold ,me and hubby both . i started at 369 on june15th,06 ..can't eat meat yet ..lol... but i do red beand and cobbage real good if they are lots of jucie in them ....i eat nuts chew chew.lol....i have two new granbabys ,both girls ..lol.. thats 3 girls now ......MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL ...Brenda .......dec30th,06 my wt this day is 232 pounds yahoooo...over 6 mo's out and i can eat a little better now so all of you just starting hang in there it gets better ....Blessings to all Brenda in tx
