I am doing ok. I have creeped back up to a high of 206.4 and I am woking my way back down to the 200 mark.We have been doing ok. it was hard watching what we ate at the shore on vacation, You know Boardwalk food. And i just celebrated my 50th birthday. Yippieee to me. here is a link to the party pictures
