There's been alot going on the past few months... So I haven't updated like I should..Today I got a fill from Dr.Shina. I weighed in at 184.8 on his scales, down two months since november.. We didn't even discuss my gall bladder. I know I should have brought it up but I forgot as we were talking... So Here's the weigh in stats.. His scales are 6 pounds more than mine! ughggghhH!!
No measurements as I cant find my tape! ugh...
