Hi my name is Dawna I have 3 kids and a great husband. I am getting ready to have my surgery on NOV 18, 2008. I am looking forward to it being over... I have always been a little chubby but after having my children it got out of control. I just want to be healty and have a good long life with them. I am having surgery at St. Marys in Duluth MN.
