I had to post this I weighed in today and I changed my bmi and I am no longer extremly obease I am only obease I will soon be under 200 pnds. I have not been under 200 for almost 14 yrs. It will be so great I am sooooo happy. Even though I am a little week from low iron. I have no regreats in doing this it was a great choice for me. Hope all of you had a grand christmas I did ( but glad its over).
