Today I am feeling better. I weighed myself and I am 273..instead of 277. I dont care if its accurate, because its at least giving me the push I need and the motivation to keep going :) Last night I walked around the sub twice, and went to the gym on the treadmill for an hour. I am going to try and go slow then work my way up at the gym not trying to over do it. Tonight I should be going on a three mile walk with my friend steven WISH ME LUCK!!
